Catering Packages

$750 catering minimum

  • includes:

    Lunch/Dinner: two regular entrees, three sides, gourmet salad, and dinner rolls.

    Brunch: three entrees, three sides, fruit choice.

    $30 per person

    Lunch/Dinner: three regular entrees, three sides, gourmet salad, and dinner rolls.

    Brunch: three entrees, three sides, two fruit choices.

    $40 per person

  • includes:

    Lunch/Dinner: two regular entrees, one premium entree, 3 sides, gourmet salad, dinner rolls.

    Brunch: two regular entrees, one premium entree, 3 sides, fruit choice.

    $50 per person

    *set up & serving not included

  • set up & serve +$350 (chauffeurs & dinnerware included..2 hr serve time $50 per hour after)

    standard chauffeurs $15 each

    stainless steel chauffeurs rent for $25 each (for drop off catering only)

    drink station $250 (refer to menu)

    dessert shooters starts at $250

    printed custom menus start at $50

TCK Catering Policy:

Quotes are based off package choice, guest amount, and any additions. TCK’s minimum is $750 for any catering services; $500 private dining. A deposit ($250) is required to secure your date and is subtracted from your total. Deposits are non refundable. The remaining balance is due no later than five business days prior to your event. TCK reserves the right to cancel events with non paid balances.

$750 is my catering minimum, meaning I cannot accommodate anything less than that for a catering service. If you’re on a budget my suggestion is to “BUY“ the pan. In other words purchase your food by the pan which is strictly a drop off service. $75 per half pan & $150 full pan; premium items prices vary.

Tax & Fees: A 5% tax fee is charged to your total. A fuel surcharge is assessed depending on event location.

Drop off Catering: Your order along with reheat instructions will be provided, nothing else. You are fully responsible for dinnerware, warmers, set up, etc.

Full Service Catering: Is an additional $350 after food costs. Chef will deliver, set up, and serve your guests. A two hour serve time included. Catering staff will be responsible for disposal of food.
